The GIS technician role entails digitising indoor maps, road and other transport networks using open-source GIS tools such as QGIS as well as AutoCAD.  

• Education or background in science/engineering/GIS/geography is required with strong track record.  
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.  
• Any prior experience of GIS tools such as QGIS or ArcGIS is desirable.  

• Any prior experience of AutoCAD with architectural or engineering drawings will be beneficial.
